We have an immediate opening for a Shop / Office / Scheduling coordinator. This is a full-time, year-round position with a fast growing company. This position will be both administrative and shop / field based. Duties include:

- Working directly with the Owner, General manager, and field staff to maintain production and installation schedules
- Contact with clients for scheduling and coordination, and communication with other staff as needed
- Management of all paperwork going to and coming from the field
- Recognize unsafe conditions and manage safe work practices
- Receiving of hardware and supplies from vendor shipments, including occasional heavy and/or repetitive lifting.
- Management and tracking of all items issued to field staff
- Tracking of office supply stock levels and purchasing as needed
- General phone reception for all staff, and routing of phone calls and requests as needed
- Management of inbound glass and other parts, and tracking for scheduling purposes
- Maintain a sense of urgency, and expedite requests whenever possible
- Other duties as required.
Requirements for this position include:
- High level of reliability
- Customer service experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office products or similar software packages
- Ability to read a tape measure and understand written measurements
- Regular heavy lifting, including ability to lift and carry 75 Lbs or more, and cooperate in team lifting.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain motivation and performance during long unsupervised periods
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks as needed
Preferred experience
- Experience reading and interpreting construction documents, including plans, contracts, and insurance certifications
- Quickbooks experience - Enterprise or Pro versions
- Geographical knowledge of the Aspen and Vail valleys
- Previous scheduling or dispatch experience
- Previous glass handling experience, or experience handling high value items
- Valid Colorado Driver's License with acceptable driving record

We are seeking experienced glaziers and installers for immediate openings. Prior experience installing insulated glass units, replacing windows, shower enclosures, mirrors, and other residential glass applications is required. Must be willing to relocate to Glenwood Springs or the surrounding area, and work daily in the Aspen and Vail areas. We offer full time, year round work, paid vacation, bonus potential and a company sponsored health plan.
